Paige Moore

With over seven years at Pivotal Finance, Paige Moore serves as a Partner, overseeing the firm’s financial operations, talent development and client onboarding. She plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day administrative functions and collaborates closely with Financial Operations Managers to ensure the successful completion of client engagements.

Paige brings a wealth of experience in accounting and financial leadership, having previously served as a Production Manager at Pivotal Finance, and Accounting Manager for Tailgate Guys in Auburn, AL and an Assistant Controller for Oiltanking Partners in Houston. She began her career as a Senior Auditor at BDO in Houston.

Her expertise extends to financial operations management, process improvement and strategic business planning. Notably, she was part of the Finance & Accounting team that successfully took Oiltanking Partners public in a $200 million IPO in 2011.

Paige believes in the power of outsourcing accounting functions to help business owners focus on what they do best—growing their businesses. She finds the most fulfillment in working with entrepreneurs at the start of their journeys, helping them bring their visions to life.

Beyond her professional work, Paige is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of Directors of The Educational Building Authority of the City of Auburn (2023-2029) and as a Finance Committee member at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church. She also serves as the Treasurer of the Board for the Auburn Chamber of Commerce and is a graduate of Leadership Lee County, Class of 2022.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys Pure Barre, traveling and spending time with her family—her husband Rex and their two children, Max (10) and June (8). A fun fact about Paige—she co-owns a local spray tan business, Bronze Delivery.
