Jackson Fendley

DIRECTOR OF TAX

Jackson Fendley, CPA, serves as the Director of Tax at Pivotal, where he provides strategic oversight of the firm’s tax function. He specializes in business and individual tax compliance, planning and transactions, offering  guidance to clients navigating complex tax regulations and transactional tax  structuring.

Before joining Pivotal Finance, Jackson worked as a Tax Senior at EY for 3.5 years and spent four years at Bridges & Dunn-Rankin, LLP, refining his skills in tax compliance, planning and advisory services. He is passionate about the strategic aspects of tax planning and enjoys the challenge of navigating complex tax returns to provide maximum value to clients. His professional philosophy is simple but impactful: “Treat others as you wish to be treated.”

Beyond work, Jackson is an avid Auburn athletics fan and enjoys running, golf and spending time with his family. A fun fact—when he moved into his house, he discovered a colony of 75 bats living in the attic!
