With a career spanning public company CFO roles and over $1 billion in capital market transactions, Douglas is a trusted advisor in financings, mergers and acquisitions and tax strategy and compliance.

Prior to Pivotal Finance, Douglas began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen before advancing into executive finance leadership roles. His strategic insight and hands-on approach help clients navigate complex financial challenges and position their businesses for long-term success.
