Brandon DuPont

CLIENT MANAGER

As a Client Manager at Pivotal, Brandon DuPont brings a strong background in tax, accounting, and payroll, along with a proven ability to enhance systems, processes, and client experiences. In his role, Brandon leads direct client communication, reviews and delivers management reports, executes tax strategies, and supports new client assessment and onboarding.

Before joining Pivotal, Brandon spent seven years providing tax and accounting services through a small CPA firm in LaGrange, Georgia. During his tenure, he served as an Accounting Services Manager, where he played a key role in designing and implementing firm-wide technology upgrades and advancing project management processes. His experience also includes preparing financial statements, compilations, reviews, income tax returns, and payroll tax filings.

Brandon finds the most rewarding part of his work to be developing strong client relationships built on trust, clear communication, and reliability—qualities that guide his approach to client service.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family and mountain biking.
